About

5th edition of the E-Commerce and Online Services Exhibition (ECSEL), 7-10 October 2026 at the Palais des Expositions, Pins Maritimes, Algiers, with over 260 exhibitors across roughly 12,000 sqm. The programme includes conferences on e-commerce, service digitalisation, logistics and innovation.

Who should attend

  • Online sellers and cash-on-delivery merchants comparing delivery, confirmation and store-builder providers.
  • Logistics, fulfilment and payment companies looking for e-commerce clients.
  • Developers and product people who want to meet the Algerian startups building e-commerce tooling.
  • Banks, insurers and telecom operators that sponsor or exhibit to reach small businesses.

What to expect

  • More than 260 exhibitors over about 12,000 sqm in the central Concorde pavilion, the largest e-commerce gathering in Algiers.
  • Conferences on e-commerce, service digitalisation, logistics and innovation alongside the exhibition.
  • The stand mix is dominated by delivery companies, confirmation services, store platforms and payment providers; TechEco DZ profiled 52 of them.
  • Public bodies and large banks exhibit next to two-person startups, which makes it a good place to compare the whole chain.

Why it matters

ECSEL is where the Algerian cash-on-delivery economy meets in one hall: the same problems (fake orders, slow cash remittance, last-mile coverage) are attacked by dozens of young companies, which tells job seekers which skills are in demand and tells suppliers who their competitors are. The 2026 edition is over; the startups met there are documented on this site and the next edition is usually announced on the SAFEX calendar.
